The JJP Technical Committee ("TC") overseas the technical standards and programs offered at member dojos.

TC members preside over programs offered by member dojos, as well as rank promotions, and providing instruction at seminars. The TC policies and procedures are governed by the Board of Directors, led by founder, Professor Michael Geery, including the minimum requirement of 30+ years of relevant and consistent training.
